Cavalier King Charles Spaniels
Posted: May 27, 2012 Filed under: News Comments OffRFSC took in some very sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pups and young adult dogs.
These dogs came from a back yard breeder. They were not being properly cared for and we were grateful to be able to help these sweet dogs.
We are having our vet look them over. They will be spayed or neutered and we hope to have loving homes for them soon.
If you are not familiar the with Cavalier King Charles breed – you can read more about them here.
The AKC describes the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel as “Friendly and easy to train, the Cavalier is a trustworthy companion for children and thrives as part of a family. The coat requires weekly brushing, but no trimming. The breed is adaptable in their need for exercise, happy with either sleeping on the couch or taking long walks.”

Some of our young adults are around the age of 1 year old:

Love Always, Bear
Posted: April 22, 2012 Filed under: Alumni Comments OffThe Love Always Bear blog started a couple of years ago as a way for a RFSC adopter to tell her husband stories about the day with her golden, Bear. They were living in different cities due to a job change, so it became a ritual for her husband to read the blog each morning.. even to this day.
| The name of the blog came easily to her. Bear has always been about love…. he loves everybody and everybody loves him, so he signed his letters to the world, “Love always, Bear”.
His blog, http://www.lovealwaysbear.com/ is a daily blog about life from Bear’s point of view. It’s about his daily adventures and thoughts on modern culture. The blog is read and enjoyed by people of all ages in over 100 countries. Through his blog, Bear’s objective is to create smiles around the world. |
